Search Optimisation Ltd. is an online marketing firm specialising in organic search engine optimisation and pay per click advertising campaign management.

We are a dedicated team working in Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Hampshire. We will be working on your site on a daily basis.

Dr EurIng Peter Mason PhD MA BSc MBA CEng MAPM MIQA FCIM
Peter is the Chief Executive Officer and overall project manager with specifiic responsibility for overseeing the online marketing strategy and advising clients accordingly. Peter has a Doctorate, two Masters degrees and a Science degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He specialises in Internet Marketing and Industrial Marketing.

Len Bai MEng BEng
Len has a Masters degree in Control Engineering (MEng) and has worked with the Business Consulting Services Division of IBM. He was awarded a Sony scholarship in 1999. Len is a campaign manager in charge of Search Engine Optimisation & Search Engine Marketing campaigns.

Geraint Mason MSc BA
Geraint has a Masters Degree in Information Management from the University of Sheffield, where he specialised in search engines and information retreival, database design, electronic publishing and usability and interface design. He is a campaign manager, responsible for SEO and SEM campaigns, and is based at our Southampton office. Yang Luo MA BSc
Yang has a BSc in Computer Science from Auckland University New Zealand and a Master of Arts degree in Journalism Studies specialising in Web Journalism from the University of Sheffield. She has worked on the Oriental Times newspaper and the Guardian newspaper in the UK. She specialises in Web Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation..

Jerry Wu MEng BEng
Jerry has worked as a software engineer for SunPlus Technology Ltd. and is experienced in all Search Engine Optimisation technologies. Jerry is particularly concerned where database driven websites are involved as he is a specialist in this area.

Evelyn Ding BSc
Evelyn works part-time whilst completing her PhD studies in the University of Sheffield. She won the second prize in Mathematics in the whole of China. She assists Len Bai in Search Engine Optimisation and provides cover so that all customer websites are visited at least once every working day.

Jane Kellett
Jane is our sales person in the area of Search Engine Optimisation.
